Data that may be collected

When the contact form is used, the gallery may receive your name, contact details, the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message. When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and evidence of consent may be retained.

Limited technical information, such as the IP address, browser, device used or security logs, may be processed by the hosting provider to ensure the operation and security of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare a possible transaction, arrange a visit or service and manage the relationship with the gallery. Depending on the context, this processing is based on pre-contractual measures, performance of a contract or the gallery’s legitimate interest in responding to its contacts.

The sending of newsletters or commercial information by email is based on your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Certain data may also be retained in order to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations.

Recipients and service providers

The website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., which may act as a technical processor. Processing or hosting may take place outside the European Economic Area under the contractual mechanisms and safeguards provided by applicable law.

The gallery does not sell visitors’ personal data.

Retention periods

Enquiries that do not result in a transaction are retained for a maximum of three years from the last relevant contact. Data required for a contractual relationship is retained for its duration and then archived for the applicable statutory periods. Accounting documents may be retained for ten years.

Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the recipient unsubscribes, subject to periodic removal of inactive contacts.

Favourites, cookies and local storage

The “favourites” feature records the selection directly in the local storage of your browser. This list remains on your device and is not transmitted to the gallery by this feature.

At the date of this policy, the gallery has not installed advertising or audience-measurement tools requiring prior consent. Trackers strictly necessary for operation, security or hosting may nevertheless be used. If non-essential tools are added later, a consent mechanism will be implemented.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of its processing or, where applicable, data portability. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw your consent at any time.
